Description
This session will provide a discussion of the continuum of benefit-risk assessment models, ranging from personal mental models to more formal qualitative and quantitative models.

Demonstrate an appreciation of mental models and the value of making them explicit
Discuss how benefit-risk framing places implicit requirements on data and communication
Describe new graphical approaches for benefit-risk communication.
