Description
The Fourfold Path consists of four practical activities which are based on sound medical & psychological principles. These four separate components are backed by scientific evidence and each component is easy to learn and do. The results are use dependent, not belief dependent. The Fourfold Path consists of the daily practice of four steps which include: calming the mind through meditation, developing a dialogue with one's higher self through prayer, a personalized program of exercise and right eating recognizing the importance of doing what makes your heart sing.

Objectives

To provide an opportunity to discuss and learn about easy to use spiritual practices.
To show that understanding is not a requirement, for either the client or the therapist, to bring about change in psychotherapy.
To demonstrate that:
I) information from the higher self is available upon request,
II) It can be accessed simply and
III) guidance can be obtained for any issue.
