Date: Wednesday, May 28, 2008
Time: 10:30 AM to 12:15 PM  EST

Description
In recent years the usual work visa for international graduates, the H1B, has become problematic for employers, with high fees and quota 'blackouts'. Strategies to avoid these and other problems, institutional efforts to counsel and assist students with innovative approaches, and to educate employers; as well as employers' own experiences with the H and alternatives to this category will be explored.
