NACE has embarked on a unique venture in Japan working with a partner organization to promote the development of career service programs. This session will provide an overview of the challenges and opportunities facing the Japanese higher education system as institutions seek to respond to growing employer and societal concerns about the preparedness of college graduates to enter the work force. The NACE partnership venture will be described in detail and session participants will be encouraged to share their thoughts on how NACE might continue to expand our global reach and influence.
