Many of us have many trials and tribulations of developing revenue streams for our career centers. This workshop will present to you how through sheer financial need, one career center developed a successful revenue stream through the creation of a corporate partner program. This workshop presenter will share with you tips, unintended consequences as well as the positive aspects of this approach. Guidelines will be presented with supporting documentation that can be used to develop your own revenue stream similar to the avenue that was taken in this career center. What not to do will be discussed as well as how to get buy-in from other campus stakeholders. Will discuss how Corporate Partnerships, using the Career Center as a money generating route for the division, can be a positive for the employer as well as the division.
