" In a Web 2.0 world, it is imperative to connect with students through their preferred means of communication. As one of the top employers of college graduates in the United States, Enterprise has proven that they can adapt their recruitment strategy to remain relevant to their target audience: students. AT&T is the largest communications company in the world with more than 300,000 employees. Their success as a company relies on innovating the way people communicate and connect. Enterprise's authentic connection to students and AT&T's innovative edge in leveraging technology combine to offer attendees invaluable perspective to developing and enhancing your candidates' experience in a digital world. This workshop will showcase how two very different companies—both with a cutting-edge approach—are integrating their personalized recruitment approach with the Web 2.0 world. Enterprise and AT&T will team up to will provide this information in both a case study of what has been done as well a look ahead to what's in the 2.0 pipeline. The case study will also include feedback and input from recent hires, including those that used these technologies in their search.
