Description
School selection is a highly charged, often emotionally laden process that invites scrutiny from executives, business partners, and universities. Selecting the right schools at which to recruit impacts yield and return on investment. Choosing the right schools globally adds a layer of complexity and requires key country stakeholder alignment. This session will address designing a defensible school selection process, identifying key school selection criteria, discerning the right number of schools, reviewing pros and cons of a tiered school approach, and sensitively “sunsetting” a school that is no longer on your list.
