Description
Employee- and student-generated content can keep you authentic and connected. By embracing "employee- and student-generated" content, colleges and companies of all sizes have the ability to turn their base into Communication and Brand Ambassadors. This fun and informative session explores the latest social platforms, tools and trends including both professionally generated and user-generated video content for employee communications, recruitment and retention. Together, we'll explore the ever-changing social media landscape, new developments in multi-media blogging/life streaming, and offer tips for creating a sanctioned "employee-generated" communication program. Attendees will leave armed with tactics and tips for keeping their organizations' content fresh, relevant and engaging. This topic is appropriate for both employers as well as career centers as both can utilize user-generated content.
