Description
Pick up any newspaper and there is doom and gloom and often stories that tell of the woes of retailing. Retailers seem to be suffering more than most business in the new economic world order. What is the future for retailers and more important what is the future for retailing on the farm?

This is a question that has challenged John Stanley over the last few months and he has written a White Paper, Vision 20/20 on his views of the futures for the Farm retailer.

That White Paper will be launched at a special workshop at the 2012 NAFDMA Conference when delegates at his presentation will be able to obtain a complimentary copy of this E –Report. The aim of this workshop and White Paper is to provide a strategic view of retailing on the farm and to allow you to develop a business plan for the future based on the findings.

Don’t come to this workshop expecting to agree with everything Johns says in the sessions. Some of the topics are presented to create the debate that is needed on how we develop a future retail strategy.

The one day workshop and White Paper will include topics that include:

The Virtual farm Retailer
John is proposing that 40% of farm sales will be virtual and 60% will be on site. That every farmer must have a “Bricks and Clicks” marketing strategy if they are to have a retail business in the next few years. He discusses what he feels will work and what will not work.

The Death of the Salesperson
Is it the era of the virtual farmer? The sales person is definitely becoming a thing of the past. Again John introduces a new thinking process for when the consumer rejects the sales person.

Selling Flour or Pancake Mix
How are you growing your gross profit? Have you the correct product mix for the future?

A session will be held on how you can grow sales in the future with your existing products.

The New Consumer
Consumers are changing their buying habits and many farmers are not in-tune with the needs and wants of this new consumer. John looks at how you can grow sales with this new consumer. What are the secret “hot” buttons to grow sales.

This interactive workshop will change your view of how you need to develop the future of the retailing and marketing in your business. We are expecting this workshop to fill up quickly so you need to reserve seats early. John’s workshop are always fully booked and with the opportunity to also get a complimentary copy of his White Paper we expect this workshop to be over booked

Join John on a journey into your future.

(White Paper will be available for $1995 to those that have not attended the workshop)
