Description
Since the first class or classes for gifted studens, the issue of under-representaion has been a legitimate concern. This session focuses on the importance of reconciling issues on under-representation in gifted and AP classes, with the conviction that we can and must improve the participation of Black and other culturally different students in gifted and AP classes. Recommendations and resources are provided.
