Description
Teachers who seek to differentiate curriculum for gifted learners are searching for new instructional tools to meet the needs of their students' interests, readiness, and learning profiles. Technology can assist teachers in locating meaningful curricular resources and provide new professional development communities for sharing ideas with colleagues. This session guides teachers to online resources, instructional tools, and professional community sites to assist with the practical application of the principles of differentiation in the development of high quality curricular units. A range of online professional development sites are discussed as well as how to manage them.
