Description
What does the empirical research conclude about the emotional, social, and cognitive development of gifted, talented, and creative learners? This presentation presents a synthesis of the research that defines the identification and programming necessary for understanding and meeting the needs of successful, challenging, underground, at-risk and twice-exceptional learners. Specific activities are presented that have been developed for counselors and teacher/facilitators to use in meeting the affective needs of the gifted.
