Description
Every mature field of inquiry is guided by a collection of major systems and models that provide direction for personnel preparation, research, and practices dealing with identification, programming, and evaluation. This session will feature presentations by selected authors from the second edition of Systems and Models for Developing Programs for the Gifted and Talented (Creative Learning Press, 2009). Authors will briefly discuss their respective models and the importance of using systems and models to inform practice. Audience input, reactions, and discussion are invited.
