New and emerging technologies raise novel dilemmas in the practice of school psychology, especially related to the generation, storage, and transfer of confidential data. This session addresses these issues as well as other ethical dilemmas. An overview of the newly revised NASP Principles for Professional Ethics also is presented. The session focuses on case illustrations. Given the topic and the presentation regarding the revised ethics code, the session is appropriate for the entire spectrum of introductory to advanced level practitioners.
