Please note the following:

• Presenter(s) must agree to all Terms & Conditions for participation.
• Incomplete submissions will not be considered for review.
• Completion of a submission does not guarantee acceptance.
• Submissions must be submitted electronically, via BICSI’s online Call for Presentations.
• The presentation submitter will serve as primary contact for BICSI and must have a valid e-mail address.
• BICSI requires a PowerPoint presentation for each session. Once the PowerPoint presentation has been received there will be no changes allowed unless the revised PowerPoint is received by December 9, 2009.
• All presentations must be strictly generic. Avoid commercialism and use of tradenames. Presentations of a marketing nature or those containing specific product demonstrations are not acceptable.
• All participants are required to grant unrestricted permission to BICSI to record, duplicate and distribute any written and visual material submitted in connection with and including oral presentation, delivered at the program, in any and all media now existing and hereafter developed, throughout the world. All participants must grant this permission in order to be considered for participation in BICSI education offerings. Submitting a presentation indicates understanding and acceptance of this policy.
• For all accepted submissions, BICSI reserves the right to edit descriptions, outcomes or reassign identified topic area for promotional purposes.

Co-Presenter(s)

• Co-presenter(s) must agree to all Terms & Conditions for participation.
• BICSI strongly recommends no more than four (4) presenters per panel.
• Submitter is responsible for communicating with co-presenter(s) regarding acceptance or rejection, deadlines and all other session details.
