What is the TEPSA Live Learning Center?
The TEPSA Live Learning Center is your online portal to educational content from many TEPSA conferences and events.

To view any streaming video synched to slide or audio presentations, please be sure you have installed and have the updated the latest version of Adobe Flash player must be installed to on your computer. You can do this by going to available at www.adobe.com
Please be sure that streaming media is allowed through your firewall and have the website: www.softconference.com as an accepted site.Requirements for Handouts:
Please be sure you have Adobe Reader must be installed on your computer. Available at http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Select “My Account” from the menu bar at the top of the page.
If you recently attended a meeting, you were provided a login account via email announcing the Live Learning Center. Please be sure to login as a returning user.
If you forget your password, select “Forget your password?” to receive an email with your login have your password emailed. Please be sure to check your junk/spam mail folder.

- Once logged in, select “Educational Content” from the top menu.
- Select the meeting you wish to view from the list. Select “Click here for content from the Meeting” to view the session list.
- Select a session title from the list to view the session information page.
- Once you have accessed the session information page select, “VIEW” below “Audio (video) Synchronized to PowerPoint."
- These sessions are synchronized with PowerPoint slides and will require the Adobe Flash player program to run. Please be sure you have the updated version, available free at www.adobe.com. You can access this for free by going to adobe.com.
- To download MP3s from “Audio Synchronized to PowerPoint” presentation, please wait for the file to fully load and then select the "Click here for more options" in the top left hand corner of the flash on the flash slide player to view the drop down menu. Please select the "Downloads" option. You will have the option of downloading the MP3 file or the available session material. Select the one you would like to download and save to your computer.
Please note: The synchronized sessions are in Flash format with audio MP3 download option and are not available as complete “Audio + Powerpoint” downloads.
Troubleshoot for streaming media
Cannot view session after clicking “VIEW”:
The Flash presentation will appear in a new window and should automatically start playing. If this does not occur, please double check to ensure that your popup blocker is turned off.
Flash player appears but nothing plays:
Depending on your internet speed, you may have to allow the streaming content to load. You will notice the slide title background (located to the left of the Flash player) changes color from grey (not loaded) to white (loaded and ready to play).
No content appears at all:
You may need to clear your cache and cookies. Please close the browser and clear this information before moving forward.
Handouts may or may not be offered for all sessions. If they are available, they are identified with a ‘handout icon’ (purple icon at the end of the session title. Click the icon to open the handout. The latest version of Adobe Reader is required to view handouts. .
- Once logged in, select “Annual Meeting” from the top menu.
- Select the meeting you wish to view from the list. Select “click here for content from the meeting” to view the session list.
- Select a session for the list. Select the purple view button located beside the title “handouts”.
- To view the available handouts for that particular session, select the link(s). Please be sure to have the updated version of Adobe reader to view the handouts.
