DESCRIPTION
This session will include information about mutation calculations using the data provided by the AABB Parentage Testing 2003 Annual Report. In addition, the methods for DNA isolation from non-standard samples such as bone and hair and the implications in paternity testing will be reviewed. Last, speakers will address the isolation of circulating fetal cells from maternal red cells.

• Discuss the isolation of fetal red cells from maternal red cells in paternity testing
