DESCRIPTION
Traditional quality initiatives have not succeeded in moving organizations forward. Lean Six Sigma is a method that promises significant change and significant results. This session will begin by exploring the infrastructure and critical success factors required to establish Lean Six Sigma principles and thinking. Attendees will be given direction in selecting the right Black Belt candidates and projects in addition to strategies for retaining Black Belts and Lean-certified personnel.

  • List three necessary qualities for Black Belt candidate selection
  • Describe two qualities of a good Black Belt project
  • Discuss three critical factors for deployment of a Lean Six Sigma culture
