DESCRIPTION
A panel of four experts will provide an overview of their programs, results, challenges and experience when implementing frequency programs within their respective organizations. In addition, specific ways to increase blood donations through partnerships will be reviewed. OBJECTIVES
- Describe the parameters of the Seasons' Pass Program, an annual program intended to increase donor frequency through a partnership with the local arts community
- Discuss programs to increase donation levels two, three and four times, to keep donors coming back
- Explain the partnership with AABB, America's Blood Centers, American Red Cross and the Ad Council for increased donations
- Review programs to encourage donors to return three times a year
