The speakers will explore the hidden costs of poor processes as well as the value of investing in quality. Experiences will be shared about key aspects of education, e.g. "Quality School", and error reduction as related to reduced costs and improved quality. OBJECTIVES
- Identify personal and institutional investments necessary for quality
- Describe how investments in education and error reduction programs result in improved quality
- Explain the equation, value equals quality divided by cost, as it relates to a total quality management program
