DESCRIPTION
This session is Part II of a two-part morning educational event featuring Coding and Reimbursement Updates for 2004. Understanding the "language" of reimbursement may be difficult, but it is essential for cost-effective management of the blood bank. The session begins with a presentation of practical advice on how to approach government and managed care entities to achieve positive reimbursement outcomes. A roundtable question-and-answer session follows, during which the audience can have their coding and reimbursement questions answered by experts.
