DESCRIPTION
Rapidly changing demographic patterns as well as requests to meet the needs of communities of ethnic and non-ethnic cultural groups is ever increasing. This presentation will provide information about hiring a diverse mix of qualified candidates by the use of The Predictive Index SystemŽ. An explanation of specific communication styles and design structure to optimize the training process will be presented. Last, a brief description of methods to evaluate and monitor training results will be provided.
