DESCRIPTION
Following the tradition for this well-established workshop, a panel of experts in recruitment and blood center operations will answer questions from the audience about the current and future state of donor recruitment and collections practices. There will be particular emphasis on frontline management issues such as goal setting, productivity incentives and career ladders. Questions for the discussion can be submitted prior to the meeting via the AABB Web site and during the meeting by using the Cyber Connection kiosks.
