DESCRIPTION
The session will begin with a brief overview. The attendees will then split into three roundtable groups to share ideas and presentations and to network. The groups will discuss three topics: how to build a plateletpheresis program in a hospital center; how to captivate your most captive audience and build a strong hospital employee donor base at a hospital center; and how to partner with the community. In addition, each group will discuss specific events, training, publicity and changes made that have led to success. There will be an opportunity for idea sharing, brainstorming and questions.
