DESCRIPTION
The drugs most commonly seen in association with drug-induced immune hemolytic anemia (DIHA)have changed over the last 25 years. A new mechanism of DIHA has recently been proposed. These changes, and the technical issues associated with performance of DIHA workups, will be discussed and illustrated with case histories.
