Self-deception is at the heart of many common "people problems" that hurt organizational performance. Problems relating to leadership, communication, motivation, conflict resolution, teambuilding, fear and trust are the true nature of the problem. Once individuals recognize their own self-deception, the organization can discover higher levels of performance. Reducing self -deception is one of the greatest competitive advantages an organization can achieve.
