This program will help both the assessor and the facility personnel maximize the benefits of an external assessment. Speakers will present each side of the assessment process. Facility personnel will learn how to prepare for successful assessment, and how to gain the most benefit from the assessment process. Assessors and attendees will learn techniques to help maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the on-site assessment.
