DESCRIPTION
Two speakers will elaborate on their own experiences in community-based and hospital-based blood centers and identify future plans to bring their donor centers closer to the ideal donor center. Participants will learn the advantages and disadvantages in managing a hospital-based blood center vs. a community-based blood center and the elements of an ideal donor center.
