DESCRIPTION
This event consists of multiple short presentations. The goal of the session is to provide unpublished new data and knowledge. Information presented will include original data from clinical and basic research and/or relevant unusual clinical cases. A short question and answer session will be held after each presentation.

OBJECTIVES

• Evaluate expired reagents used in antibody identification
• Explain the molecular basis of blood group polymorphisms
• Discuss applications of crystal structure studies to antibody/antigen reactions
• Describe DNA analysis for blood group determination
