DESCRIPTION
This event consists of multiple short presentations. The goal of the session is to provide unpublished new data and knowledge. Information presented will include original data from clinical and basic research and/or relevant unusual clinical cases. A short question and answer session will be held after each presentation.

OBJECTIVES

• Identify and characterize new blood group antigens
• Discuss the application of old techniques when challenging new technology
• Describe the immune response to blood group antigens
