This session will explore successful strategies to tie collections and recruitment together. It will also present methods and techniques that may be utilized to gain maximum performance and motivation from recruitment staff. In addition, information will be given on an incentive system for recruitment and telerecruitment and key concepts on organizational perspective of an incentive plan will be discussed.
