DESCRIPTION
First presented at the 2003 AABB meeting, this session continues to provide a framework for a quality program that meets the requirements of a complete program without creating an overwhelming burden. The quality plan, required standard operating procedures, audits, applications of statistics and resources will be reviewed. The emphasis will be on creating and implementing a streamlined quality assurance program.
