DESCRIPTION
The complex and manual components of the blood collection process contribute to the overall productivity and cost of a blood drive. The speakers will identify frequent problem areas in the blood collection process, review common root causes and successful strategies that have been used to reduce deviations that result in products not available for distribution. The speakers will also discuss approaches to improve individual and group performance.
