DESCRIPTION
This presentation will provide a detailed description of a four alarm fire that destroyed a major portion of a large regional blood center’s physical plant, including supplies and equipment used in blood collections. It will also include information on the restoration and recovery process following the fire and effective communications with the organization’s Board of Trustees, employees, donor groups and the media.
