DESCRIPTION
In this session a statistical analysis of the results of a national hospital survey are used to determine significant predictors of hospital satisfaction with their blood suppliers. By becoming familiar with these predictors, blood suppliers may focus limited resources on those services that have the greatest return in terms of customer satisfaction.
