During this workshop, participants will be provided an introduction to and application of value stream mapping, examples of VSM construction in transfusion services and donor centers, how VSMs identify Lean and/or Six Sigma project opportunities, examples of results achieved with VSMs and a case study will be developed during the practical application segment of the program.
