This program demonstrate that donor retention is more than just a word ? a retention strategy that encompasses the entire donor experience can make any blood center successful. The participants will learn that following a strategic retention plan is not simply a new tagline, campaign or look, but a point of differentiation from the competition and a new focus in the organization. This session will not only highlight one blood center?s success with creating and executing a retention plan, but can also help participants gain insight into how a retention strategy can assist their individual organizations in reaching its goals
