DESCRIPTION
As the dedicated donors of the Baby Boom generation grow older, blood bankers are increasingly concerned about who will take their place. Clearly, the same old methods and appeals may not be as affective with the next generations. Consequently, blood banks must find new ways to attract and keep younger donors. This workshop presents several innovative programs that have and are being used motivate and retain younger generations of donors in different parts of the USA.
