DESCRIPTION
This audio conference focuses on the management of acute adverse reactions to transfusion. The session will discuss following a flowchart protocol similar to the one found in the guidelines produced by the SSCC. Emphasis will be placed on regulatory requirements for investigation of these reactions. In addition the program will focus on the patient and clinical considerations when managing these adverse events.
