This audio conference focuses on today's management of sickle cell patients. A clinician will discuss how these patients can be successfully managed by therapies in conjunction with transfusion, and the second speaker will discuss options in selecting blood for these patients. The role of red cell exchange and antigen matching will both be reviewed.
