This audio conference will enable participants to prepare for and successfully manage unannounced inspections and eliminate the need to panic when the inspectors arrive. A brief overview of key points to enable blood bank participants to prepare for a stress free
unannounced assessment/inspection will be discussed. Experiences from AABB/CAP, JCAHO and FDA unannounced inspections will be presented.
