DESCRIPTION
Risk assessment can be described as a formal and systematic analysis that estimates the likelihood of positive and negative impacts that may result from a given event or project. Risk assessment is part of risk management which then involves planning, identification, analysis, response, monitoring and control of a project. This session will discuss risk assessment planning and inputs, and the role of risk assessment in project management.
