DESCRIPTION
This session will discuss the automation of important quality systems such as documentation, problem management and training. Presenters will discuss how to decide whether or not to automate, how to prepare to automate and how to implement automation in these critical areas. Individuals who currently have experience with automating their quality systems will share the lessons they have learned. A question and answer session will allow participants to ask specifics of interest to them.
