DESCRIPTION
Balancing the needs and demands of donors, drive coordinators, peers, bosses, and staff can sometimes seem overwhelming. This session will highlight three strategies to minimize the stress and create a saner, more workable environment. Participants will learn how to match donor flow patterns with the time constraints inherent in a collections environment, creating a process flow that works for both donors and staff. Attendees will also learn how effective team leader skills can bring balance and stability to mobile and fixed site collection environments.
