DESCRIPTION
One speaker will discuss his experience in tailoring collection procedure/collected products via a software program. Through use of this software, his center is able to change offered selection criteria on apherisis machines daily.
Another speaker will discuss one center's response to TRALI by addressing educating donors and collections staff about appropriate procedure dependent upon donor response to two interview questions and their blood type.
The final speaker, a collections representative, will present methods for converting donors to needed procedures during the interview process.
