This program is designed to look at the actual performance standards being utilized in blood centers to determine performance standards for mobile recruiters and telerecruiters. Three speakers, representing a large number of recruiters across the United States and Canada, will review the processes for determining standards for productivity and the metrics and tools utilized to measure performance.
