This presentation features many practical, hands-on tips, and focuses on how to maintain a balanced perspective when dealing with conflict and confrontation. "Explanatory styles" are explored as an essential clue to remaining optimistic and approaching others in a positive and sensitive manner. Participants learn how leaders deal with conflict, whether major or petty annoyances, in a proactive and sensitive way while maintaining grace under pressure.
