Resource management is the efficient and effective deployment of an organization's resources when they are needed. Such resources include human skills. Managers must supervise their staff and focus on the details fo everyday duties while keeping the organization's big picture in mind. The primary objective of this program is to study the essential steps in effective execution of resource management and provide a framework for making better decisions to strengthen and grown the corporation's most important asset, its staff.
