DESCRIPTION
In this presentation, the basic principles on how to write and validate SOPs will be covered. These principles will cover new SOPs as well as existing SOPs in your organization. Different methods of writing SOPs will be discussed. Common nonconformances that occur in the SOP process will be discussed. The overall intention and focus of this presentation is to discuss new ways of designing and validating SOPs that will meet the intent of the AABB Standards.
