Project Management can be an important stop on your journey toward the goal of successful change implementation. Project management tools, concepts, and methods can be added to your current quality tool box for selected application, or it can be an embedded, foundational approach. The speaker for this session has 24 years of health care experience including 20 years within transfusion medicine with the most recent 6 years focused on project management.
